I’ve been seeing Dr. Summerhill for over a year now,  and the service has been exceptional from day one. Dr. Summerhill and the team always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for at every appointment. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and professional. Although this health centre focuses mainly on women and yes there are male patients I  strongly urge you guys - yes Males 😂 to go and don’t even hesitate ! Go!! Natalie has excellent diagnostic skills - I wrote a review about nearly two years ago and if it wasn’t for Natalie’s swift diagnosis and decision to get me into an ER I would be telling a different story! I had such a wonderful experience with Natalie, from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, professional, and caring manner. She listened carefully to everything I had to say without making me feel rushed, took the time to understand all of my concerns, and showed genuine empathy throughout the consultation. I felt heard, respected, and reassured, which made a real difference. Natalie discussed my symptoms, the possible causes, and the next steps in a way that was thorough, yet easy to understand. She was open to all of my questions, answered them patiently, and ensured I was fully informed before making any decisions about my care. I have found it rare to find someone who combines such exceptional medical expertise with outstanding compassion and communication. I left feeling confident, reassured, and genuinely cared for. I had an excellent experience. Dr. Natalie was amazing - extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment so quickly too. I had a really traumatic procedure previously when done on the NHS, which lasted about 30-45 minutes. Dr. Natalie carried out the same procedure within 5 minutes and with far less discomfort. If you ever wondered what person centred care looks like, Dr Summerhill does just that and beyond. The booking process was extremely easy, the reception staff are very helpful and kind. Worth every penny!
