Repeat prescriptions

Summerhill Health patients may use the use the form below to request a repeat prescription.

Your e-prescription will be delivered by SignatureRx, a cutting-edge electronic private prescription service. Any pharmacy in the UK will be able to fill your prescription.

A £35 private prescription fee must be paid for any prescription requests made after the initial three months following your appointment. A blood test is required for patients who are taking testosterone approximately three months into treatment and then once a year after that.

Most prescriptions have a three-month maximum expiration date. To continue writing medications, patients need an annual review. You can schedule this as a follow-up appointment online by visiting our booking page or by contacting our clinic directly.
